When I was promoted, I honed my project management skills by participating in various total quality projects aimed at improving procedures. My presenting abilities were also improved because we frequently presented statistics to management. I also manage the calendar, ensuring that all meetings, branch training, and financial wellness seminars are appropriately logged and assigned to my associates.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and other related tool. I am fluent in both written and conversational English.
