I have more than 7 years experience working in the accounting industry. I experienced to work with different industries like Logistics, Telecom company, Dental Clinic, Repairs and maintenance provider, Records Storage company, Commercial Radar Tracking company, Biotech company, Schools, Retail, Manufacturing, accounting and tax firms, and many more. My clients are mostly in US, but I also have in Switzerland and Hong Kong.

My tasks is to ensure that all transactions are captured accurately and in a timely manner. I am responsible for accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, sending and monitoring of payments, general bookkeeping as well as the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules, preparation of tax for Hawaii clients, sales tax and 1099 filing for all of my US clients.

I am highly organized with excellent analytic abilities. I am proficient in delegating tasks and completing assignments in an efficient manner.

I am a Quickbooks Pro-Advisor, Xero certified and Upgrade to see actual info expert. I am also knowledgeable in other accounting softwares like Netsuite, Quickbooks Desktop version, Microsoft GP Dynamics, Sage 50, Receipt Bank, Hubdoc, ADP, Gusto, Zoho, and Appfolio.

I also have experience to different merchant accounts and payment platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Square, Faire, Stripe and PayPal.
