I spent the last four years working as an Audit Assistant in one of Philippine's performing bank. As an audit assistant, we conduct fieldwork and review processes of the branch ensuring that they have follow banks rules and regulations. We are also obliged to do audit reports, scheduled an exit meeting personally or thru email to present the reports to the Branch and our department’s officers. Because of my work ethics and work quality, I was awarded as model employee of the year. Prior to that, I was working as customer service representative for a BPO company. Because of constantly meeting and exceeding the metrics and targets, I was then promoted as a subject matter expert(SME) after a year and as a Mentor/Assistant Team Lead after also a year. With my dedication and determination in delivering high-quality work, I repeatedly received a recognition and awards like best mentor and best SME for the month.
I am also familiar and has a background on admin tasks, conducting and organizing meeting, managing calendar and emails, speaking to people and others. I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. In any case you would require me to learn a specific program, skills and tools for the job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me since I am a fast learner. I can assure you that I can easily adapt and learn to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm the one that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
