Support Specialist, Customer Advocate, Content Writer

In my previous job in Direct Response, I handled chat support and email support. I answered queries about our services and I responded to customer's complaints.

I was once a Community Support Agent of eBay when I worked at ePerformax. I really liked helping customers solved their problems about their orders. I helped them tracked tracked their orders, assisted them in refund and helped them contact the courier. It was a wonderful and fulfilling experience and I miss it.

I am exceptional in this field. I always received Kudos from customers who were very much satisfied and happy about my call. I feel a sense of fulfillment whenever I helped a customer solved his/her problem.

I was great in account retention. I always hit my quota. I convinced customers to stay with us and continue with our service. I provided them information likes benefits we offer if they continue with their subscription.

I worked as a Sprint Agent before. I managed customer's queries, complaints and I also provide sales about their phone service. I assisted them with their phone problems. I also helped them upgrade their services.

I have an experienced as an ESL teacher for 3 months now. I love teaching kids learn the English language.
