Profile Description

I have been part of a team of helping the financial needs of the clients, locally and internationally, for more than 5 years. Bookkeeping, Invoicing, AR and AP management, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Statement Preparation, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Payroll, Auditing and Consulting are examples of the services that I have already rendered to various individuals or groups of people from different industries such as manufacturing, construction, food and beverage, real property management, services providers, etc. I have also the knowledge, experience and training for several software like Quickbooks Online and Desktop, Xero, and Wave. Those software are what we commonly used in the clients that I already handled.
Aside from those afore mentioned, I have also master my skills in navigating through emails, gmail and outlook, MS word, MS excel, and MS powerpoint.
In the past five years I have already rendered the following:
1. Budgeting - I have created monthly and annual budgets and also track transactions in monitoring possible variances.
2. Bank reconciliation - for most of the accounts I have handle bank reconciliation is always present. I know how to do bank reconciliation by just using google drive or excel. Reconciling in Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, and Xero is not new to me as I have did countless bank reconciliation using these softwares, from import bank statement to generating reconciliation report.
3. Invoicing - I have help companies in creating and sending invoices on time with accurate details and proper specification.
4. AR/ AP reconciliation - AR and AP are one of the areas where most companies have chaos records. I have help several company's fixed there AR and AP issues by reconciling records through asking for confirmation from vendor/customer and tracing payments of outstanding accounts.
5. Financial Reporting - I have help managers in preparing reports that they may able to conclude a good decision basing on there current figures.
6. And many other things not mentioned and things still to be learned.
With only a span of four years I have already rendered help to many people through the services that I have offered to them. The good thing is I keep on learning and these are the things I love to do.
