I am interested in Virtual Assistant or Copywriter duties since it is a remote job while a stay-at-home mother; and I can continue applying my knowledge and skills for administrative / office tasks with accounting and bookkeeping background.
From the 14 years and 9 months experience as Administrative Assistant, I developed my computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher, Electronic Mails, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides and Forms. I am familiar with Slack, Zoom, MS Teams and Loom.
I am computer literate and create / edit videos as content in 4 YouTube channels using Canva, Filmora and Video Editor.
To keep myself abreast with the virtual world, I completed online training courses: Copywriting, Landing Page, Executive Assistant, How to Become a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Management,
I set standards for myself. If I don’t meet them, I look for ways how to correct or improve myself. Like when I worked in accounting office. Since I did not have accounting education, I studied accounting for non-accountants in order to understand more about accounting and bookkeeping. And once I start working on a task, I give my all to ensure it meets or exceeds the requirement. I am committed to complete it and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
I am fond of doing papercrafts or origami. I make paper birds, roses, butterflies, cherry blossoms and Christmas decors. From this hobby, I became patient and focused to complete my task. I am passionate especially when I am excited to see the output.
I have pets: 3 dogs and 4 cats. By taking good care of them, I was reminded that they are like people with different personalities that I need to understand their individual differences. By communicating well with them, a good rapport can be established.
I am also a certified impact rater in Impaakt that is made up of a global community of contributors measuring the impact that companies have on their environmental and social responsibility in relation to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Lastly, I support a non-profit organization by doing office work for free like writing correspondences and assisting in the revision of their policy.
