I have worked with 4 different property management for 4 years now. I started with doing tenant communication, and rent collection. Further, transitioned doing showings, and social media to post properties on different platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Liv.rent, RentCafe, Zumper/Padmapper. Which makes me a social media manager too.
During the length of experience with these property management companies. I also started doing applications, Leases, Move-In/Move-Out Request Checklist, Pet Screening, and run background checks not just pulling up their credit records but manually calling and checking their rental and employment history.
With work orders, I have handled all types of maintenance, starting from PM maintenance, to home inspections for unit turns (making property rent-ready) down to home inspection maintenance for Sec 8 - Housing Authorities. I can assure you that I can help you with your maintenance needs because of my previous work experience esp. working with different states for the last 3 years. I know a lot of different tools for me to communicate with tenants (Phone, Email, and Text). I may not be a native American and may not be located in the US, but my level of experience will definitely be a good contribution to your organization and I can assure you that I can give you the high-level quality of work that you need.
Lastly, I also run a delinquency report and check collections. Distinguished which ones need warning, post on their doors for evictions, rental assistance. I am a fast learner and I enjoy working with property management.
I also consider myself a Buildium expert with my experience. Willing to learn other tools that are being used. I enjoy doing the leasing part especially when the property is rented.
