I am a graduate of Management Accounting at the University of St. La Salle, I have almost 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative: I do Sales talks, Bill Explanation, and a little Tech Support. I also have 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant for the Department of Education: I do the payrolls of the teachers, and I process their benefits, remittances, and other incentives. I was the one that keeps the records of all students and teachers, I was the one that handles the finances of the school. I helped the Principal of the school to make the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), and Annual Procurement Plan (APP) that makes the school's budget for the whole year. And other tasks that my superior asked of me. I also have almost one (1) year of experience in property management. I have knowledge in AppFolio and Property Meld.
