Profile Description

Amazon Seller Support Representative (Upgrade to see actual info). 
In this role, I resolve all types of seller's concerns, from A-Z. From FBA, Merchant Fulfilled Listings, and I'm even cross trained to handle Incorrect Information on Detail Page (IIDP). This is an Amazon Internal department that focuses on Product Detail Page violations. I also approve and handle reimbursement requests, Bin Check request, Cubiscan request, and all Amazon Policies.

Listing/Variation Creation, Listing Optimization, A+ Content Creation, Storefront Creation, Promotion Creation, Profit Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Weekly Reporting, Monthly Reporting, Restock Forecasting, Shipment Creation, Inventory Audit / Monitoring, MFN order processing, Cases Handling, MFN Customer Service, Listing Activation, Hijackers Removal, Restriction Appeal, Request Reimbursements,   
Account Health and Performance Monitoring - Monitor account health daily such as the following:  
Account Health Rating, Late Dispatch Rate, Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, Negative Feedback, A-to-Z Claim, Chargeback Claims, Performance Notifications, Voice of the Customers, Safe-T Claims, IPI Score, FBA sell-through rate, Stranded inventory percentage, FBA in-stock rate, Excess inventory percentage, Buy Box %
