Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info, a Psychometrician by profession and a law student from the Philippines. I spent the last five years working as a Paralegal. With a strong background in providing administrative support to legal professionals, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your team and help with your workload remotely.
In my role as a Paralegal, I've had the opportunity to support attorneys and legal teams in different practice areas, including corporate law, litigation, immigration, insurance and personal injury. I'm skilled in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and assisting with client communications.
Throughout my career, there are also tools, applications and programs that I utilize to effectively perform my job and support lawyers and legal teams remotely. For legal research databases, I use resources like Westlaw and LexisNexis for finding relevant case law, statutes and regulations. While for legal case management software, I used Clio, MyCase, Docketwise, and Bullhorn. Aside from that, I also navigate Slack, Microsoft programs and Zoho to enhance my productivity through creating and editing spreadsheet and presentations.
Through this role, I have firmly established myself as a key contact to develop, prepare and practice my profession. My goal is to continue learning and developing my expertise, and to work for a company with stimulating work and high-profile clients. I believe that I am in shape to work with you remotely and can contribute for its growth and development.
