I've been an expert virtual admin assistant for more than 10 years now. I have started with data entry tasks and slowly learned and evolved as a digital account analyst with an Australian employer and a programs manager with a Canadian employer.

As a digital account analyst, I work with Wordpress and reporting using SEO tools. I also manage a team working with link building, local citations (AU) and guest postings.

As a programs manager, I oversee tutoring programs in Canada by answering and handling client and tutor queries through email, SMS and phone call. I also process payments through Converge and also interview tutor applicants using Ring Central app.

I work a lot with Google tools such as spreadsheets and documents. I am very much familiar with MS office particularly MS Excel and Word.

I also had 3 years of experience creating, editing and updating a website or website contents powered by HTML or Wordpress.

I work with minimal supervision and with integrity as I believe in long-term commitment and working relationship rather than just making money.
