Human Resource Department
- Handle sourcing of applicants to fill-up vacancies of the company. - Conduct initial interview and testing of applicants. - Handle pre-employment requirements and on-boarding of newly hired employees. - Prepare payroll inputs of employees. - Participating in recruitment efforts
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. - Preparing new employee files. - Administering new employment assessments
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Handle inquiries of employees pertaining to their benefits, pay and other HR matters
- Handle timekeeping and attendance files of employees. Retains historical human
resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and
current records.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases. - Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar
records. - Identify opportunities for and implement digitization of documentation and processes.
- Render such other services & duties that maybe assigned from time to time. - Formulate company policies and employment contracts.
- Administering in Performance Appraisal of Employees.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
resource policies and procedures.
- Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees;
and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Finance Department
- Ensuring compliance to tax and other statutory regulation. - Responsible in semi-monthly payroll computation and report.
- Ensure minimum wage compliance
- Reconcile payroll reports for period end entries
- Prepare and submit government reports e.g. (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR)
- Experience with different BIR forms and reports (1601-C - Compensation Tax, 0619-
E - Expanded Tax, VAT-2550-M - monthly VAT, VAT 2250-Q - Quarterly VAT, 0619-
Q - Quarterly Expanded VAT, 1701-Q & 1702-Q - Quarterly ITR, 1702RT & 1701-
Annual ITR, 1604 CF, 1604-E and 0605)
- Adept with BIR, PEZA, SEC and LGU Regulations. - Annual Budget Preparation.
- Financial Analysis.
- Prepare Financial Statements (Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of
Financial Position, Cash Flows and Statement of Changes Equity)
- Accounts Receivable and Payables reconciliation.
- Bank Reconciliation
Administrative Department
- Administer company’s day to day operation.
- Processing of Business Permit and other permits necessary for company operation.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and
procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and
properly maintained.
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending,
and other expenses.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health,
and security standards.
