-Customer service Representative in an eCommerce online clothing store. I've handled calls and email inquiries regarding order status and order modifications using Shopify.
- Logistic Coordinator in an automotive transport company. I handled call chat and email. Communicating with buyers, dealers, carriers, and brokers using Helpscout and a VoIP app to follow up on papers and readiness of the vehicle.
-Track and trace Appointment Coordinator.making calls to track and trace loads and getting status updates and ETAs from drivers. Also, call carriers to collect proof of deliveries to make sure we can bill our customers in a timely manner.

HR recruitment assistant- Screening nanny/babysitter applicants for competency with the job requirements. Arranging telephone and video interviews. Performing background and reference checks.
