Profile Description

 I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years and 3 years as a Virtual Assistant.
My most recent post was with HomeRiver Group, a huge Property Management company in the US. I worked as an Administrative assistant responsible for sending leases to existing tenants. After 6 months, I was promoted as a Quality assurance specialist and as a close-out coordinator. Part of my tasks is to make sure that the lease agreement has correct information before we send it to tenants. I also sign the lease on behalf of the brokers and encode the updated information into our system.
I have experience with Intermodal under eModal platform assisting Trucking Companies, Beneficial Cargo Owners, and Third-Party Logistics companies through email assistance. I handle their queries with entering the ports in the US and appointments. I also assist them with their account-related concerns and payments for demurrage, gate fees, and other fees imposed by the terminals.
I am passionate about learning new things, especially those skills and knowledge that I could use to become an efficient teaUpgrade to see actual infomber. I am open to shifting schedules because of the nature of my previous jobs. Also, I am open to feedback and constructive criticism.
