I have been in the BPO Industry for three years. During that time, I handled different roles that provided me with my current skill set. Our client was Sears. As a delivery specialist, I provided customer support, phone support and email support to drivers, customers and Sears associates. Most of our customers are upset but I'm patient. As an online specialist, my main focus was sales and up-selling but I still provided customer support. As a technical specialist, I did troubleshooting, appointment settings and up-selling. As a telesales representative, I worked lead lists, profiling and I did cold calling. With the skills I acquired I moved up to management level and handled administrative tasks like email and schedule management, facilitating meetings with agents and clients, team management, and conducting product and communication skills training.
I am a hard working person. Whatever I lack in skills or knowledge, I can make up for with eagerness to learn. I want a stable job where I can grow and help you achieve your goals.
