I have more than 5 years extensive experience in a BPO industry. I've been a customer service and a technical support with expertise in sales. I also have a background in data entry servicing in a healthcare account and also have an  experience in appointment setting and cold calling for over 2 years in certain companies which honed my CRM expertise especially go high level, salesforce, Zendesk and more.. Our primary responsibility is handling all aspects of booking appointments for spa services. That includes appointment scheduling, pre-booking, managing availability of the customers and even upselling products that we have. We educate the clients about our product and make sure that they will feel very well assisted everytime.  As a virtual assistant with over 2 years of experience, I have worked with clients across various industries, such as general VA,  e-commerce, marketing, and real estate. My tasks have included email management, calendar scheduling, social media management, data entry, and basic bookkeeping. I also do administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, answering calls and verifying  insurance. I also do graphic design for every demos and advertisement of my client before. That also includes video editing and making some contents and reels. I believed that from the knowledge and skills that I have learned from these experiences, I can contribute not only efficiently but also effectively in your company.
