Here's how I can help: 


Setting-up and or maintenance of Xero or Quickbooks files including: 
-Setting-up of Xero and QBO Account
-Adding the Bank Accounts, Credit Card Account and Payment Gateways
-Customization of Chart of Accounts  
-Importing Bank Transactions (Convert PDF statements to CSV if needed)
-Entering and tracking Sales Invoices, Bills and Expenses
-Support with setting up bank feeds, if applicable. 

Daily bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to: 
-Recording and organizing bills and expenses receipts and Sales Invoices
-Reviewing and recording payment gateway statements
-Recording of interbank transfers 
-Records adjustments if needed 
-Categorize the Bank Transactions 
-Reconciles Bank and Credit Card Transactions 
-Creating and managing bills, invoices, and credit notes, etc.

Monthly Financial Reports including:
-Month-over-month comparisons, if required
-Balance sheet preparation and review
-Profit and loss statement reporting
