Profile Description

I am an employee who's skilled in various administrative job and disciplined and goal oriented. When I started working, I used to be a part of the BPO industry as Customer Service Representative and Technical Support taking calls and answering queries, resolving technical issues and helping customers to walkthrough on navigating systems. Also, I was a reservation analyst in a domestic airline in US helping with booking, cancelling, changing flight and modifications . I was also a Virtual Assistant in a Trucking company, working as all around assistant, processing paper works, meeting with clients, in charge for meeting deadlines in submitting and paying taxes, onboarding new customers etc. I have a current role in Workforce management
as Real Time Analyst for two years, working on scheduling, planning, stakeholders meeting and conceptualizing dashboards.
