I began working as a virtual assistant at my previous company, which helped me develop the necessary skills to succeed in this profession. As a result of the experience I received from them, I eventually became an administrative assistant at numerous home healthcare organizations, where I handle the majority of the responsibilities, including scheduling, answering calls and emails, social media marketing, and handling recruitment. I truly enjoy every task allocated to me, and I am constantly eager to learn and take on new challenges.
After all my dedication and hard work, I was promoted as Product Supervisor where I handle all the VAs in the company in regard to their tasks, speak with each of their clients, and did the coaching and evaluations.
