I am a seasoned Quickbooks Bookkeeper, Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
I have worked as a Bookkeeper using Quickbooks for more than 10 years.  I have a vast work experience in various business industries in Los Angeles, CA, i.e. professional corporations (Law Firms and Counseling Center), Restaurants, Retail Store, Real Estate & Developer, Trading Company, etc.  I handled A/P, A/R, Credit Card & Bank Reconciliation, Trust Account, Payroll, Company Budget, Cash Flow report, 1099's, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet all on Quickbooks.  Moreover, I also handled collections and coordinated directly with the CPA, IRS, EDD, FTB, SOS, Office of Finance, LA County Tax Collector (property tax) and also handled city business tax and sales tax filings.   Prior to working for the law firm, I had worked as a Bookkeeper/Assistant for a Realtor / Real Estate Developer in West Los Angeles with several properties in Santa Monica and Venice Beach; I handled property management and construction bookkeeping for the company.
In addition, I have worked as a Business Manager/Bookkeeper for an international business representation company in North Hollywood, CA where I handled bookkeeping work and day to day business for 21 clients (Creative Artists).  Each client has a personal and business accounts.
With my relevant work experience in accounting, administrative expertise and proficiency in Quickbooks (solid 10 years), MS Excel, Windows applications, Peachtree, MyCase, CRM and Quickens plus a typing speed of 75 WPM (10-key punch), I am confident that I am a perfect fit for the job.
