I’ve been in real estate redevelopment for more than 2 years. I worked with independent contractors who are based in Columbus OH. Have been part of the lead generation and I was their cold caller then got promoted to Junior Acquisition post. The usual job I do was to pre-qualify leads, ask discovery questions such as their timeline, price and pain point/reason of selling their property.
