 PRODUCT MANAGEMENT:

 Demand Forecasting: Collecting and cleaning historical sales data, product information, and external market trends, Analyzing forecast accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement.
 Product Life Cycle: Accounted for the varying demand patterns of products in different stages of their life cycles.
 Optimized Inventory Levels: Accountable for Inventory level for 6 major warehouses including its branches.
 New product lines: Accountable for launching new products, by testing the item directly from the supplier.

 Purchasing

 Strong negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and secure the best possible deals.
 Analytical skills: Data analysis and reporting proficiency to identify cost-saving opportunities and measure supplier performance.
 Relationship management skills: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Administrative Support: Expertise in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Customer Service: Providing top-notch client support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Data Management: Proficient in data entry, database management, and creating reports.
 Tech-savvy: Skilled in various software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Netsuite, Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
