Profile Description

In the past 4 years, I helped Real Estate Investors and Agents with their administrative tasks and increased their social media presence so that they can improve their sales and network. I also helped a property management client to increase the number of service issues closed in a month by effectively coordinating and continuous follow-up with vendors, tenants, and owners. I am excellent at using most administrative tools like emails, CRM (Hubspot, Chime, FollowupBoss), property management tool (Rent Manager and Padsplit), Google Suites, Microsoft applications, VOIP (Zoiper/Ring Central and 3CX), Calendar Management, Zoom, Quickbooks and Google Meet. I also create my content for social media using Capcut, Inshot, Upgrade to see actual info and post it on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. I also was able to create a decent website and manage it using WordPress and create marketing emails using Mailchimp. I have good communication skills and I am an organized person. There are more things that I know I have to learn and I understand every business has its own software and techniques. But I can assure you that I am a fast learner and very eager to explore new things.
