Good day! I'm a Virtual Assistant who is available for 7 days a week. I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support assisting U.S. and Australian customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines such as CONVERGYS, QBE and LEXMARK.I can do e-mail,chat , ticket and phone support and will do everything I can to help your customers and provide a great customer satisfaction. Communication is my passion and Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers. I've worked as a Pharmacy Help desk Associate . I have a high experience when it come to Bookkeeping. Working with Convergys as Accounting Specialist using Intuit Quickbooks Online, doing reconciliation, calculating expense. And Also as an Underwriter Specialist of QBE. Also have a telemarketing/ telesales and cold calling experience.I am Freelancer and can work Australian or U.S. business hours. I am a dedicated at work person that shows up on time every day, professional, fast typist but an accurate one, work well under pressure, self motivated, multitask-er, flexible and adaptable, effective listener, knowledgeable, follows direction easily, detail oriented, trustworthy, can provide a very good quality of services, positive and a God fearing person.I am currently looking for long and short term projects, I will do my best if you choose me.
