While pursuing my studies, I worked as a Tutor, assisting students across various grade levels with their homework, quizzes, and exams. My support helped them achieve high grades. After graduating, I transitioned into teaching as an ESL Teacher, working primarily with Chinese students ranging from children to adults. My experience as a Tutor taught me the importance of being creative, fun, lively, and patient, especially when working with younger learners.However, as I continued in this role, my perspective on life shifted, and I found myself eager to explore new opportunities, expand my knowledge, and develop my skills further. My primary goal was to resolve customer concerns and provide long-term solutions, ensuring they received the high-quality service they deserved. This role also involved managing customer bills, home internet services, gadgets, and more.Following my BPO journey, a friend referred me to a work-from-home position as a Real Estate Cold Caller. In this role, I was responsible for calling leads, identifying potential buyers or sellers, and facilitating property transactions. My experience in cold calling extended into Virtual Assistance, where I performed lead generation through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as email marketing for a matchmaking service. My responsibilities included cold calling, recruiting, appointment setting, and lead generation.Throughout my career, I have used a variety of tools, including ClassIn, Zoom, Skype, Ring Central, Google Meet, Mojo Dialer, VUpgrade to see actual info, Avaya, Citrix, Samson, Grand Central, Zillow, HubSpot, HubStaff, Apollo, Notion and Asana.
