I have experience in sourcing candidates from Upwork, LinkedIn, Recruitee, Indeed, Online Jobs Ph, Facebook, Craigslist, you name it. I can create organic and inorganic job ads and search LinkedIn and Upwork databases. I have an experience in full-cycle recruitment as well as volume recruitment. I have my own premium WPS, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop for job ad postings. 

My main responsibilities are as follows:
- Screening/sourcing candidates from different platforms like Indeed, Upwork, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Schedule interviews using Calendly, Google or Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- Conduct interviews via Skype, Zoom or Google Meet and administer aptitude and personality tests.
- Take down interview notes and create a summary of the strengths and opportunities of each candidate for the hiring manager to review.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to determine the role they need for their departments.
- Work closely with the CEO to determine the job description of the roles we will be hiring for.
- Coordinate with HR Head for strategy-making. Finding ways on how we can close the roles we are hiring for as fast and as efficiently as we can.
- Maintaining spreadsheets to keep track of the candidate's status.- Onboard newly hired candidates.
- Expert in Volume hiring. From resume screening to account endorsement.
- I also do resume coaching on the side.
