I currently work as a Technical Support Engineer for an
accounting software company, a role I've held for the past 2.5 years. In this
position, I am responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
related to various accounting functions, including journal entries, expense
reports, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and fixed asset management.
Before transitioning to technical support, I gained 3 years of experience in
the accounting field, working as an Accounting Associate at a logistics company, and as an Accounting Assistant
at an educational institution. In these roles, I handled tasks such as cash
collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, and contributed
to monthly financial close processes.
My colleagues have described me as a patient, dependable, and
optimistic individual, qualities that I bring into my work every day.
I am proficient in a range of accounting software, including Oracle
NetSuite, Microsoft GP Dynamics, Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online, as well as Microsoft Office, and I
have solid experience with bookkeeping tasks.
