Profile Description

I took on the role of a Team Leader at McClenny, Moseley, & Associates (MMA). MMA is a law firm specializing in calamity insurance, specifically storm damages. As a Team Leader and trainer, I ensured that our customer service representatives were well-trained in email management, specifically handling the claims inbox. It was our responsibility to accurately filter and organize emails into appropriate folders. Most recently, I worked as a virtual demand letter writer at Kim Law, a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In this role, I drafted demand letters from scratch, utilizing materials such as police reports, medical bills, and records. Additionally, I assisted the accounting department with tasks such as disbursements, requesting reductions in medical bills, drafting medpays, accepting settlement offers on behalf of clients, and updating client profiles in case management systems like Casepeer. Currently, I am a CASE MANAGER at WG Trial Lawyers. In this role, I am responsible for assisting the attorney in maintaining all client files, from assignment date to transfer or resolution of the case. My main function is to oversee Client Management, File Management, Medical Management (checking MBRs in preparation for demand drafting), Preparing Demands, Liens, Settlement Statements, Maintaining the Calendar, and Preparing files for referral. This role allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal process and the importance of meticulous organization.
