Profile Description

Operation Supervisor
-Manage day-to-day planning and operations of the team;
-Make sure that each of each teammate delivers on his/her Service Level  Agreements
 -(SLAs) and achieves his/her Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
-Organize and handle the team and make sure everyone adheres to their schedules;
-Train and help in the development of the team by conducting team huddles and coaching sessions
;-Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of teammates;
-Offer solutions for your team’s growth and development;
-Create reports of your team’s performance and document feedback from your client;
-Manage issues that might arise, including HR-related ones;
-Act as the liaison between the management and your team.

Trainer POC
-Assist Trainer in ensuring that employees are given accurate information and product knowledge
-Coached employees and tracked call center quUpgrade to see actual infoty
-Support employees in bridging the knowledge gap in order to solve customer’s issues
Subject Matter Expert
-Assist 100+ customers per day, providing quUpgrade to see actual infoty customer service and swift resolutions using resources from clients
-Reinforce strong company product and service knowledge to continually provide better customer support in assisting customers with concerns and questions. 
-Deliver accurate knowledge and information from the tools and resources available to support teammates
-Provide timely and accurate support to customers and teammates
-Coordinate with supervisors in material updates and tool bug reports
-Collate, analyze, and utilize data that are relevant to develop ways in improving the overall customer experience
-Submit processes regarding uniformity based from the tools and resources
-Review resource’s contents to Identify inefficiencies in work processes and suggest alternative resolutions for vUpgrade to see actual infodation
-Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
-Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues not found on the provided resources
-Provide extensive support during employees’ training in assisting them to reach the set KPI goals

Customer Service Representative
-Analyze cost control, providing timely and frequent financial information that supports corporate goals and objectives.
-Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries coming through email and live chat support channels
-Filter content from the client's website. 
-Perform data and research functions.
-Provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques.
