Profile Description
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines. I have dealt with several clients as an auditor for KPMG, a world renowned auditing firm. I have been a virtual assistant for more than 6 months and have catered to US clients. I have assisted them with their financial systems, sales and use tax, and other accounting and administrative tasks. I have also handled clients from Europe and Australia during my stay in the accounting firm which is an edge for me since I'm already familiarized with them.
I also have almost 2 years of experience in a BPO as a customer service representative of a well-known bank in the US. I have mostly handled and communicated US clients during my stay in the BPO company which I think is an advantage as I already have experience in handling transactions with them.
I have been working as a virtual assistant since 2020. I am well-versed with different tools like Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Total Service, and other related tools. I can also quickly adapt and learn a software or tool since that is one of the key characteristics I should master in my previous jobs.
