I am a certified bookkeeper and have been in this field of work for almost 9 years now. I have worked in several accounting firms before, based in Canada and New Zealand working as Senior Bookkeeper. I do full cycle bookkeeping handling 15-20 clients monthly. Most of the tasks I do are:
Bank reconciliation
Enter bills through HubDoc or manually
Creating invoices
Processing batch payments
Prepare aging reports for Receivables and Payables
Registering Assets in Xero Fixed Asset Register
Sending supplier remittances
Generate financial reports
End of month journals as needed
Prepare GST filing and annual income tax
Payroll processing using PayHero and Wagepoint
