I'm a Graduate of Bachelor in Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I was a virtual assistant for 4 years as cold caller and Team manager in a real estate business. My main task was to set up an appointment for my client, Prequalify a lead and get the 4 pillars and set up an appointment. I also have experience in handling a Team, my task was to schedule a meeting for the team and the client, Running and uploading leads campaigns,  Listening to the agent's call and checking/reviewing the quality of each calls, Coaching the agent/VA, Sending emails for daily/weekly reports and handled social media, SMS and Email campaign blasting.
I am very familiar with different CRM's/Tools like REI, GHL, Calltools, Propstream, Batch dialer, Batch leads, Podio, MOJO, OpenPhone, Skype, Slack, Google Suites/Maps. But prior to that I started my career as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate and Technical support for 5 years in a Telecommunications Account.
