EXECUTIVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT 

I made thesis paper to earn extra cash during my college. This is my biggest secret reveal, I am grateful they passed the thesis defense.

I am an experienced video editor. I do love to edit my personal video to upload it on social media platforms like Facebook reels and Youtube. I used capcut, adobe, ang canva as tools to make great videos.

In my years of studying English language ang working with different areas of business. My communication skills honed. It improved my interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities.

I love this job, I am proud that I can manage irate customer, Every time I addressed their concerns regarding the product, I feel good when I satisfied the customer.

Human resource is a wide range of management it is not only applying to specific area such as business. I did not have the experience in recruitment. Part of my profession is to study psychology, so my field of expertise is not only students but also parents of the student. I create policies, I keep students motivate in learning, I resolve conflicts, I manage classes and I monitor students progress.

During college days up to now, I used microsoft excel to encode and calculate grades of the student. Here in the Philippines we made grading sheets using microsoft excel. I finished Education course, so I was a teacher.

It's great to do data entry. I have no worries when it comes to navigating software for this job. I learned to pay attention to details and I developed the skill to multitask. Also, I honed the ability to sort out relevant information in the data.

During my years in BPO industry, quality control is part of the job. I have to be keen to detail, I need to ensure that products are accounted. Not only that, I have experience working at the Chinese restaurant and fast food chai during my college days. Every end of the month we do store inventory, we check utensils, chairs and name it, as long as those items are in the inventory list.

I had an experience handling the business of my client. Part of my job was setting appointment for the prospective customer, such as when and where the meeting would be. I would remind the customer about the schedule ahead of time.

My experience as a email manager is great. As a executive virtual assistant. I make sure that I organized my output and do my task on time.
