I can juggle multiple things at the same time, I can work under pressure with less supervision. I can assist you from pulling up leads from whatever tools you are using, I'm good with excel and google spreadsheets too, skip tracing, uploading leads to the system, converting leads to deals while managing the pipeline, run comps and make offers to sending contracts.
