I have been in the BPO industry for 4 years but with two different BPO companies. At my first BPO company, I was an account associate or
concerns such as the wrong delivery address, waiting too long at the restaurant, incorrect compensation, etc.

Working in this industry for a long time, I have gotten used to dealing with customers, and I always make sure that at the end of every interaction, I can provide the best resolution that they are looking
for.
On the other hand, I was a new accounts specialist at one of the cooperatives here in Davao City. My tasks and responsibilities are: conducting seminars for prospective applicants; verifying all new account applications; reviewing all the submitted files to see if they're incomplete or wrong; and encoding their information in the system.
Lastly, I worked as a VA for 3 months, and my tasks were cold calling, data entry and research in a real estate business.
