I began my career as a Virtual Assistant in September 2018 with a Canadian real estate company, where I managed warm and cold calling campaigns using platforms such as Podio, RingCentral, Propstream, Mojo, and Dialpad. I also gained valuable experience in encoding PDFs into MS Word, which helped me strengthen my multitasking and organizational skills.
After a scheduling conflict, I transitioned into an ESL tutoring role for nearly two years, where I further honed my communication abilities. In 2022, I returned to the real estate industry as a Virtual Assistant, primarily focusing on cold calling for investor clients and utilizing tools like BatchDialer and CallTools. I also gained hands-on experience in skip tracing, virtual driving for dollars, and list management, with Podio serving as the primary CRM for most of my clients.
In 2023, I took the opportunity to work in an in-person customer service role abroad, enhancing my skills and gaining valuable direct experience until 2024. Now, in 2025, I am eager to return to remote work and apply the knowledge and expertise I’ve gained from my diverse career background.
Additionally, I have two years of freelance experience as a photographer and photo editor, which has sharpened my creative skills and attention to detail, further contributing to my versatile skill set.
