I started working as a Virtual Assistant last September 2018 under a Canadian Real Estate company. I started when I was a student but chose to do full-time with my client. I mostly work on warm and cold calling which is why I familiarized myself with Podio, Ring Central, Propstream, Mojo, and Dialpad. I have experience as well with encoding PDF files, 20-40 pages mostly, to MS word and submitting within the day given or two, just some office clerical works that helped me with my multi-tasking skills. Due to a schedule conflict, I had to quit my job as a RE VA and entered a new company as an English as Second Language Tutor for almost 2 years. I took several pieces of training (TOEIC, IELTS, etc..) which significantly improved and helped me with my communication and speaking skills. I also have a bit of experience with photography and photo editing as I was a freelance photographer for 2 years so you can count on me with this one.
This 2022, I then again got back to being a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and most of my clients were on the investor side. That is why I mostly focused on cold calling. I did call a lot of different campaigns from all over the state.I also did skiptracing through craigslist, people finders, and even on county records. I also have a bit of an experience with virtual driving for dollars and list management/building. I was able to use different dialers such as dialpad, batchdialer, calltools and ring central. As for the CRM, most of my previous clients and I used Podio.
I am more than willing to explore and learn other work platforms. With my adaptability skills and being a fast learner, I can say that I am more than ready and excited to be with you all and give the best service I can offer.
