AS A WEB PROJECT MANAGER: As a seasoned Project Manager with 13 years of experience in a BPO company, I have successfully led various projects, teams, and clients within the web development domain. Over a decade, I have overseen diverse projects, including Them-Based and Custom WordPress, Custom Laravel Web Apps, Hybrid Mobile Apps, eCommerce Websites, and Adhoc tasks.

My extensive experience and commitment to project management excellence make me a valuable asset in delivering successful outcomes.


AS A MANAGER/SUPERVISOR: In a Managerial/Supervisory role, I effectively led a team of Web Project Managers and supported the Division Head in managing the entire Web Division. My responsibilities encompassed resource allocation, escalation management, compiling periodic reports, conducting performance evaluations, enhancing SOPs, managing monitoring sheets, overseeing daily operations, and providing coaching and training.


AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT: I possess additional virtual assistant skills, covering areas such as data entry, spreadsheet formulas, Amazon Seller Central, Google Slides presentations, Canva graphic design, content uploading through WP Dashboard, product uploads on eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, data input to Xero, content creation using ChatGPT, market share reports with Jungle Scout, and tasks like keyword and competitor research and message automation using Helium10. Additionally, I have experience in social media marketing using Ads Manager and Business Suite.
