Profile Description

I am a teacher by profession. I teach college students in business and academic writing. I am proficient in a wide range of business and academic writing from e-mail writing to research work.

I have experience as a virtual assistant, researcher, and blog writer. Have experience using the following tools: WordPress, Canva, Zoho CRM, Slack, Trello, Airtable, Asana, Jaaxy (Keyword search).

My experience in the BPO industry also provided me with good customer service skills, office skills, and proficiency in English communication.

I have a couple of years' experience within customer service; talking to customers and assisting them on a daily basis during my days in the BPO industry. Also, I have been a Sales and Marketing representative for a Singaporean company based in Davao. I was directly involved with promoting products by sending out E-mails and personal visits to target clients.

This also involves preparing presentations in front of a company's board of directors during a product bidding.

To add, I am very confident in my English communication skills as well as my typing and researching skills.
