Profile Description

I have been in the outsourcing industry for over 14 years and have had the opportunity of working with the best (and worst) in the business, as well as dealing with American clients. I have been in a supervisory role which allowed me to easily adapt to working with different personalities and deal with challenges systematically along a process. As a supervisor, I handled a team of 10 - 20 agents, and together we strive to hit key metrics set by the company. One of our metrics is upselling, so a sales pitch and a bit of persuasion are required. My task would include creating reports, ensuring quality calls, root cause analysis, coaching, and keeping staff motivated. After my stint in the outsourcing industry, I have done administrative and marketing work locally using a South East Asian-centric platform, Upgrade to see actual info Lazada, I upload the products, make sure we have enough inventory, and contact the supplier when more inventory is needed. I pick and pack the orders and get them scheduled for pick up when ready.

I worked for a year as a Financial Planning Assistant/Virtual Assistant for an Australian Firm. I help prepare forms to sign, and documents for Plan Presentations using PDF and Google Drive.  

I worked for almost 4 years as a Credit Repair Specialist. We help clients to increase credit scores by sending dispute letters. 

I've also done freelance work as a social media manager and article writer.
I am very committed to what I do and I am fascinated by learning something new.
