Profile Description

As a Brand Name Specialist, I come up with with brand names based on clients' specifications, i.e. company description, preference, market, etc., plus a dash of creativity :) As a side gig, I also do company slogans and taglines that express the brand's benefits - sort of like a condensed mission/ vision statement.

As a VA, I organize emails, arrange payments for vendors, reconcile income and expenses, research materials and sources for presentations. But, what I enjoy the most is designing/ redesigning templates and logos for websites and social media accounts.

I also worked as an Image Researcher for a year and a half. My tasks included: Researching effective images to be used in Facebook Ad Campaigns of romance books sold in Upgrade to see actual info and Analyzed trends and target audiences' preferences in order to make campaigns successful.

In the corporate space, I have 5 years' work experience in the international financial industry and 10 years in various BPO companies- in the areas of Customer Service (email support & customer-facing), back-office operations, documentation, and Administrative Support.
