Over five years, I have been working with various teams/companies that truly honed my abilities and skills, especially in Customer Service. It started from a little freelance gig offered by my network while I'm studying then dUpgrade to see actual info to move into a BPO industry setup after I graduated. This transition strengthened more of my humble beginnings and gave me the courage to start my freelancing journey and gained knowledge about drop shipping. 

Currently, I am a specialist in JPMorgan Chase & Co. that assists real-time concerns from clients, business owners and bankers. Having this period, here are the following customer service experience that I can provide:
• Be a one-stop shop specialist/VA by answering real-time calls that reassure customer experience and satisfaction with customers
• Email and chat management
• Processing requests from customers such as fulfilling orders, refunds and returns/exchanges
• Assisting customers to fill out the forms needed

I can also say that I am well-versed in any administrative assistance tasks such as:

• Compiling works, spreadsheets, and prioritizing reports that need to be done in a required dateline.
