I have worked for a Hospitality Industry for the position of Front Office Associate, I also worked in a Restaurant as a Cashier / Front of the house and also Server. In my years of work I have developed flexibility and adaptability for I was trained there to do almost any tasks assigned to me: Can communicate and give excellent service to a customer. I have also progressed my skills in communicating , friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication, customer service excellence with a positive attitude, organizational skills with attention to detail, multitasking abilities in a busy environment, proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office).  I have also progressed my skills in communicating system, etc., problem-solving skills and quick decision-making. I am also used to interact with other people in welcoming guest, managing check-ins and check-outs for clients. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. Assist scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting room. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization, liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication, ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in the front office area. I am thankful because it advanced my skills in hospitality and tourism industry. I am confident that this experience would help me fit in and contribute to the work in your company. I am new in this virtual or online set-up but I believe I have the willingness and determination to be trained and be effective in this work environment.
