As technical support representative we help customers fix their internet, cable, phone and email services. As Customer support we assist them with their plan, bills and account concern.
I also worked for FullBeauty Brands as Customer Sales Representative for 2 years where I had the privilege to learn how important it is to prepare for the sales pitch. We offer wide range of products like apparels, home to business furniture, gadgets, etc.
In addition, I was a chat support specialist and representing more than 50 businesses, from towing, trucking, Car repair shop, flower shops, and many more. We provide assistance to our clients inquiries about the business, products and services.
