Profile Description

I am an experienced customer service representative for 6 years and have a chance to manage a team . I was trained for inbound and outbound calls, thus giving me a broad knowledge on how to deal with different customers everyday in order to cater their different needs. Maintaining the credibility of the company while also assuring the customer's satisfaction and understanding with all the things that goes with it, is the main task I used to have. 

I then ventured into becoming an online freelancer or worker and has been extensively exposed in fields of real estate, cold calling, data entry and researching. I am a very witty person who has the edge to adapt to new and sudden changes. 
My English skills is conversational and can definitely carry a conversation smoothly.
