Hi I'm Dindo, and I bring over 14 years of experience in the (BPO) industry. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various facets of BPO, gaining expertise in delivering email support and optimizing operational processes. In my early years, I started as customer service representative for 10 years and provisioning consultant for almost 4 years which was combination of voice and non voice, processing customer's orders, updating the shipping details, doing email support and some call backs to the customers, where I developed a deep understanding of client needs and effective communication.
As I progressed, I took on roles with increasing responsibilities and managing complex projects as a POC when the manager is on vacation leaves. This journey allowed me to cultivate strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring the seamless execution of BPO operations.
