For my recent job as the package room concierge I did the following tasks: (all of the functions are being done live via Zoom) - Assisting Residents with locating their packages in the package room. - Assisting small business owners in scanning their packages when they're in the room so owners can locate them. - Helping carriers on how to use the tablet in the room so they can scan them. - Assisting new possible contractions on how to open up a package room. (Live via Zoom) - Coordinating with the business managers on introducing the package room and how it works. (Live Demo) - Identifying theft activities in the package room. - Identifying missing and misplaced package rooms. I also did the following as an email and cold caller: - Emailing residents on the whereabouts of their packages. (Telling them if someone accedentally of intentionally took the package for them) - Calling residents on how to set up their package room account. - Emailing new possible contractors or calling them if ever that they would like to open-up a new package room in their community complex. - Reporting some tablet issues. I specialize in Google workspace. I also do Slack and Skype. I worked with Zendesk CRM of the previous job I had. I do outbound and a little bit of inbound. I Zendesk I do email and text.
