and performing general office tasks to ensure smooth transactions
? Liaise for the release of documents like titles, clearances, etc. which saves up time for other
tasks 
? Utilizing online tools such as MS Office, GSuite in plotting client profiles, budgeting, and
expenditures, which increased tracking by 20?ficiency
