I am a Virtual Assistant with experience in administrative tasks, recruitment, customer service, google docs and excel. I am experienced when it comes to ads and sourcing. I also have an experience in creating reports and templates for reports. I can also help with recruitment and sourcing people for a company. I have been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years already. I was a call center agent and I was also a Recruitment Officer for a BPO company for 3 years. As a callcenter agent I mastered using several CRMs and the art of customer service. During my time in the recruitment team, I learned how to sourcr people, gauge their skills, create reports amd templates as well. My Virtual Assistant experience helped me learn new skills and also enhance the skills that I already have. I was able to utilize and maximize excel and google sheets and apps. I was able to create templates for the company's reports. I believe that with the skills that I have, I would be able to provide quality and excellent service to the people who need my help.
