Amazon FBA Expert / Dispatcher/ Bookkeeper

I've been in the e-commerce industry since 2020. My 4 years experience of being a virtual assistant in the e-commerce industry specifically in Amazon gave me a chance to be exposed to different tasks such as managing the team with excellence from A-Z in Amazon. I started as an Amazon product researcher and supplier sourcer in 2020. After six months, I was promoted as an Amazon account manager. I managed Amazon stores successfully and after a year I was promoted as an operations manager until I became Amazon FBA and FBM Director. I handled the entire team successfully with hundreds of Amazon clients. For me, being in e-commerce specifically Amazon, is a growth because every single day you'll learn and gain new knowledge.

Way 2016, I was hired as an office and admin stafff for 2 years. The ff are my tasks as an office and admin staff: - Creating sales invoice and delivery receipts to customers. - Issued official receipts once paid and provide collection receipt once the payment has received.

I started working in logistics in 2020. Being a logistics you have to be very attentive and must be an effective communicator so you can provide an accurate information between the courier and the receiver of the product.

I worked as a customer service associate in one of the BPO company in the Philippines. I was handling Amazon customers and addressing their complaints and concerns. I was able to guide them with their orders and they gets satisfied with my customer service. Being a customer service needs to have a long patience especially when you are dealing with irate. You have to actively listens to their concerns, put yourself on their shoe or sympathize with them so you can understand how they feel. From there, I excel in problem solving and initiative in handling customer concerns.

I took vocational couse in bookkeeping and graduated with international certificates along with the diploma. With years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, I’m confident I can contribute to your team’s success. I’ve worked with QuickBooks Desktop and, over the years, gained experience with QuickBooks Online as well, delivering strong results. While offering bookkeeping services to US clients, I enrolled in paid trainings in bookkeeping to refreshen my knowledge and gain additional experience.

I was a real estate appointment setter for 6 months. Being a real estate appointment setter, also requires patience because you're dealing with realtors. When you set an appointment with them, you have to talk to them direct to the point because they are very busy and most of them are not interested. If that's the case, you still have to respond to them professionally.
