Where do I start. Customer service is something that it's in me not on me. It is one of the things that is too personal to me. It is something that has to be natural. And lets be honest some people are just born with this natural gift, some maybe needs more proper training and some just doesn't seem to care. Some people just don't understand the meaning of it the importance of it. Some may think that because they picked up the phone, they showed up on time, or they helped a customer that is customer service right there. I can definitely say this with all confidence that exceptional customer service is one of the best thing that any of my previous customers or colleagues will remember when you asked them about me. Like I will always go beyond what is expected of me. I don't care if I am tired, I don't care if our product sucks I am here to always deliver that high-quality customer service. All throughout my customer service years, I am very lucky to work with big companies that really focus on providing proper trainings that enhanced all my skills and became my strengths. It is as simple as give what you want to receive.

I consider myself very organized and creative. I'm always told that I got an eye for detail and that I got standards. I always approach my day to day with thoroughness. By carefully reviewing work or information to identify and address all relevant details or components. And let's be real consistency is the key. Applying standards consistently across every tasks, processes, or projects to avoid variations or discrepancies. I am a little OCD yes to an extent. I think this helped me identify minor errors that could possibly lead to a big one. And of course we want to avoid that. Me personally I think when someone is paying attention to even the tiniest details not to be perfectionist or whatever, it helped stimulates that part of the brain and makes it think if that is enough, if that's all we can do or if we can still do something to make this better. This is how you produce quality work every single time. And thats what we want to do quality together with consistency.

I have been organising appointments, bookings, and overseeing all aspects of scheduling for some clients and for own small business. I worked for one client that my main job is to just make sure he won't missed anything on his calendar. I also worked for this one family who just can't seemed to organise all their travel itineraries and accommodations so we created a family calendar where I managed and confirmed their appointments and make sure there's no conflicts and that they don't miss any of it.

I am single parent and I been raising two kids before I even finished studying. Identifying problems and solving them is something I mastered growing up. I was a working student. So? Whats the relevance? I am mentioning this because, it is one of my strongest proven qualities. It is very hard to deliver results when you weren't given so much options. When you are a single parent with less options and very little help you don't take off that thinking hat. You always think, you always analyse. And even if you were presented with multiple potential solutions you don't just simply stop there, you will make sure that not only you are choosing the best solution but you are implementing it. And even after it's been implemented, you will reflect on it. Review it. Make sure it worked well and try your very best for that same problem not to happen again. Problems made me wiser. Problems made me stronger. Whether it's mine or other peoples problems it helps me approach and appreciate life differently.

Strong time management skills enable individuals to work efficiently, meet deadlines, reduce stress, and achieve better work-life balance. It is important to identify and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure that critical tasks are completed first. These things I personally applied in m day to day. Time tracking and scheduling makes it easier to maximise productivity and effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. I am big on journals, I write everything. I plan everything. This makes me so efficient when it comes to my time. Work or personal I always make sure that I get things done on time.

Strong research skills are essential in our everyday lives. It can help individuals acquire knowledge, develop insights, and draw well-supported conclusions. Information literacy is the ability to identify needed information, locate relevant resources, and critically evaluate the credibility, validity, and reliability of the sources. In years past, I managed lots of bookings, travels and errands for clients, friends, family and myself. I am their go to person for hotels, restaurants, bars, clothings brands and holiday destinations because of the time I spent working and getting the best possible results when it comes to finding the best options for whatever they need. Not only because I did my thorough research but because I made sure that I experienced and confirmed it myself. Now, I also have to take it into consideration that there are suggestions that might work and might not work for some clients so it it very crucial to be aware of your clients needs and reference.

It is essential to be proficient in using softwares, strong typing speed and accuracy. However, this skill requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large amount of data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. I had managed small businesses in the past and I have always been doing it by myself. From inventory, outsourcing, selling, to delivery it's always just been me. It helped me became more organized, accurate, self sufficient, and in managing my time.

I have been providing email support for some businesses and professionals for years.The last client I worked with in London is a business coach / author. I am responsible for managing and responding to customer inquires via email in a timely manner. It is important to maintain clear and accurate records or customers interaction and issues. Being an entrepreneur myself, I sort and manage my personal emails and make sure that communication is clear and aligned with company tone and policies.
